If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions and sits alongside — not instead of — your statutory UK consumer rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at info@class4.co.uk and we'll help.
Cancelling vs refunding
Cancelling stops future payments — you keep access until the end of your current paid period, but the current period is not automatically refunded. A refund returns money for a payment already made. You can cancel anytime from your Account page or the Paddle customer portal.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear.
